Established in 1974. Dr Dawe provides Mathematics and Sciences tuition to A level including Common Entrance, as well as medical, UKCAT, Oxbridge, dental and veterinary entrance.  Students are usually from Canterbury, Ashford and surrounding areas. 11+ tuition is also available from Mrs Dawe. Lessons are in Petham, which is within easy reach of local town and cities.

The fee is £30ph all year for 11+ but for other students starting in January to June it is £40ph from January to June inclusive, falling to £30ph after that; continuing students pay the lower rate. Results are exceptionally good. Personal tutoring is backed up by the internationally renowned Dr Chris Dawe Video Tutor channel.

fp dr chrisDr Chris Dawe is a graduate of both The City University and The University of London. He studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. His PhD is in Statistics and relates to Genetics. He studied Preclinical Medicine at University College London to extend his research. Dr Dawe taught at the top ranking Henrietta Barnett School in London. He ran a chain of tutorial centres in London. He is married with two grown up children.

He has written academic books and papers. He also runs an educational video channel. Dr Dawe plays a number of musical instruments and at one time recorded for a major record label.

His wife Janet has learned to tutor to 11+ from Dr Dawe. She tutors Mathematics, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non Verbal Reasoning. She spent many years working for the NHS . She also has an exceptional talent for needlework and is an active committee member of the local Guild.
